Big News: New Space and More Services are Coming Soon!
I have some really exciting news to share… Live Empowered Learning Center is growing, and we have been given the opportunity to move into a new space! Truly, this is something only God could have orchestrated, and we are so thankful and expectant for what’s ahead.
We are scheduled to close on April 15th, and our goal is to be moved in and ready to serve families in the new space starting May 4th.
This next step allows us to continue building the vision that has been on my heart from the beginning… a place that supports the whole family. We’re especially excited about having more educational therapy room to serve students, a classroom, additional parking (yay!), and an indoor lobby where you can come in, enjoy a cup of coffee, get some work done, and where siblings can play, do homework, and feel welcome. And honestly… this is just the beginning.
We will have so much more to share in the near future, including new staff, new programs being added, and even other professionals coming alongside us to offer services to better support your families. We are dreaming and praying big over this space, and I cannot wait to bring you along as it all unfolds.
But first we have some work to do, and we would love for you to be part of it. Here are few ways we could use your help in the coming weeks:
1. Donate your time to help us spruce up the space (Sign Up Below)
Tasks: wash walls, paint, refresh bathrooms, move furniture, light cleaning and more
Dates: Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18 ( Many hands make light work — we’ll feed you!)
2. Donate or lend paint supplies for the refresh
Items needed: rollers, trays, brushes, drop cloths, and painter’s tape
We’ll happily return borrowed items and gratefully accept any donated supplies.
3. Purchase items from our Amazon Wishlist
If you aren’t able to purchase items, then feel free to share our wishlist with someone who would want to support the learning center by helping us fully equip multiple educational therapy rooms.
