Live Empowered Learning Center’s services are designed to support and empower students, teachers, and families across a wide range of academic needs. Our goal is to come alongside each learner and provide targeted, compassionate support that builds confidence, independence, and long-term success. We do this through NILD Educational Programs as well as academic support services.

The goal for our population of students with learning challenges is to focus on strengthening academic skills, cognitive processes, and self-advocacy to propel them to reach their full potential. NILD Educational Therapy

  • NILD (National Institute for Learning Development) Educational Therapy is a research-based approach that strengthens the processes of learning rather than just reviewing schoolwork. It’s especially effective for students with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, or processing challenges.

    Our NILD sessions provide:

    • One-on-one instruction with a trained educational therapist

    • Research-based techniques that build memory, attention, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

    • Support for students struggling with reading, writing, or math

Tutoring

Speech/Language Therapy Services

IEP Meeting and Consultation Support

  • Navigating the school system and advocating for your child’s needs can feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. We’re here to provide guidance, support, and confidence throughout the process.

    Our IEP consultation services include:

    • Reviewing your child’s current IEP and educational history

    • Helping you understand your rights and options as a parent

    • Preparing questions and strategies before meetings

    • Attending IEP meetings with you (virtually or in person, if available) to ensure your child’s needs are clearly communicated and addressed

Reading & Math Instruction and Intervention

Approved PEP & FES-UA Annual Assessments

  • As an approved evaluator for Florida’s Personalized Education Program (PEP) and Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), we provide annual assessments to help families stay compliant with state requirements while celebrating their child’s growth.

    Our assessment process is designed to be supportive and stress-free. We:

    • Review your child’s homeschool portfolio, curriculum, and progress

    • Conduct an evaluation that highlights strengths and areas of improvement

    • Provide the required written documentation for submission to the district or scholarship program
